Scanology MT Gen2: the right light for every part

  • 34 crossed blue laser lines: accuracy up to 0.03 mm, for industrial parts and inspection
  • 11 parallel blue laser lines: fine detail, with resolution up to 0.05 mm
  • 1 single blue laser line: deep holes and hard-to-reach areas
  • Infrared structured light (VCSEL): large areas, up to 1100 × 1000 mm field of view

Industry and engineering

Industrial accuracy in a handheld scanner

The MT Gen2 integrates SCANOLOGY's industrial technology: volumetric accuracy up to 0.03 mm + 0.04 mm/m and up to 80 FPS in marker mode, to scan complex parts quickly.

It scans dark, shiny and reflective surfaces without spray, and includes a factory accuracy certificate. The data integrates with DefinSight MODEL and PolyWorks.

From small to large

Objects from 5 centimetres to 5 metres

It combines hybrid alignment — by markers, by texture and by geometry — to scan without markers whenever possible and to work efficiently on parts of various sizes.

With the optional Airgo wireless handle, you follow progress in real time on your phone or tablet.
