Withdrawal form
Use this withdrawal form to tell us that you want to withdraw from your purchase contract. Before you fill it in, please read the information below and our Exchanges and Returns conditions.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason. The period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you name, take physical possession of the goods. However, this third party cannot be the carrier. If the order arrives in several parts, the period starts when you take possession of the last item.
How to use the withdrawal form
To use your right of withdrawal, you must tell us about your decision with a clear statement. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we received from you, including delivery costs. However, we do not refund extra costs if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer.
We will refund you without undue delay. In any case, we will do so within 14 days from the day you tell us about your decision. We use the same payment method that you used for the original purchase. Also, the refund will not cost you anything.
Returning the goods
If you have already received the goods, you must send them back or bring them to our shop without undue delay. You have 14 days from the day you tell us about your withdrawal. In other words, you meet the deadline if you send the goods back before the 14 days end.
You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. However, INOVAMIND pays the shipping cost when it offers to collect the goods, or when both parties agree to it. Finally, you are only liable for damage to the goods if you used them in an improper and excessive way. That means use beyond what you need to check their nature, features and how they work.
